Movement is part of nearly everything we do—from walking and climbing stairs to exercising, travelling and spending time with family. Because our joints are used every day, caring for them should not begin only when movement becomes uncomfortable. A consistent joint-wellness routine can be part of maintaining an active, confident lifestyle.
Shinora Mobisure is a mixed botanical beverage created to make daily joint care simple and convenient. Its formula brings together an important avocado and soybean pairing, supported by Boswellia, turmeric, black pepper, collagen peptide, Type II collagen, pomegranate, prebiotic fibres, vitamins and minerals.
Each box contains 30 individually packed 5 g sachets, making Mobisure easy to include in a daily wellness routine at home, at work or while travelling.
Nourish your joints. Move with confidence.
What Is Shinora Mobisure?
Shinora Mobisure is officially described as a mixed botanical beverage with pomegranate juice, Boswellia extract, avocado oil powder and turmeric extract.
Its complete formulation includes:
- Avocado oil powder
- Soybean oil powder
- Boswellia serrata extract
- Turmeric extract
- Black pepper extract
- Collagen peptide
- Type II collagen
- Pomegranate juice powder
- Orange juice powder
- Fructooligosaccharide, also known as FOS
- Inulin from chicory root
- Egg yolk powder
- Vitamins and minerals
The formula also contains a mixed berry flavour and silicon dioxide as an anticaking agent. According to the official product label, each sachet contains pomegranate juice powder, Boswellia serrata extract, avocado oil powder, turmeric extract, FOS and inulin as part of the complete formulation.
Rather than relying on only one joint-related ingredient, Mobisure combines several nutritional approaches in one sachet:
- A botanical avocado and soybean pairing
- Boswellia and turmeric extracts
- Collagen-based nutritional ingredients
- Pomegranate-derived plant compounds
- Prebiotic fibres for digestive wellness
- A broad vitamin and mineral premix
The formula is designed as a daily joint-wellness beverage, not as a medicine or replacement for medical treatment.
Avocado and Soybean: The Key Botanical Pairing in Mobisure
Avocado oil powder and soybean oil powder are not simply supporting ingredients in Mobisure. Together, they form one of the most important botanical pairings in the formula.
Interest in avocado and soybean for joint health mainly comes from research involving avocado–soybean unsaponifiables, commonly abbreviated as ASU.
What Are Avocado–Soybean Unsaponifiables?
ASU refers to specific concentrated fractions obtained from avocado and soybean oils. These fractions contain selected plant compounds that are separated from the main oil components.
Several clinical studies have examined standardised ASU preparations in people with knee or hip osteoarthritis. Some trials reported improvements in joint symptoms, physical function or the need for additional pain-relieving medication. A later systematic review and meta-analysis concluded that the evidence appeared more favourable for symptomatic knee osteoarthritis than for hip osteoarthritis.
Laboratory research has also explored how specific ASU preparations may influence processes involving cartilage cells, Type II collagen and aggrecan—an important component of the cartilage matrix. Laboratory findings help researchers understand possible mechanisms, but they do not automatically prove that the same result will occur in people taking a finished consumer product.
An Important Scientific Clarification
The official Mobisure formulation lists avocado oil powder and soybean oil powder. It does not identify these ingredients as a standardised ASU extract, nor does the label state that they use the same preparation or ratio as the ASU products used in clinical trials.
Therefore, the ASU research should be understood as scientific background explaining why the avocado and soybean combination is of interest in joint nutrition. It should not be interpreted as direct clinical proof that Mobisure will produce the same effects as a standardised ASU medicine or research preparation.
This distinction allows the benefits of the ingredient concept to be explained accurately without overstating the evidence.
Boswellia Serrata for Joint Comfort and Movement
Boswellia serrata is a botanical ingredient obtained from the Boswellia tree. Its naturally occurring compounds, including boswellic acids, have attracted considerable interest in joint-health research.
In a small randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial involving people with knee osteoarthritis, the specific Boswellia serrata extract studied was associated with improvements in knee pain, knee flexion and walking distance. The study did not find a radiological change, meaning it did not demonstrate that the extract rebuilt the joint or reversed structural damage.
This distinction is important. Boswellia is best presented as an ingredient researched for joint comfort and physical function, rather than as an ingredient that can regenerate damaged cartilage.
Mobisure contains Boswellia serrata extract as one part of its wider botanical and nutritional formulation. The results of research involving specific Boswellia extracts and dosages cannot be assumed to apply identically to every Boswellia-containing product.
Turmeric and Black Pepper: A Complementary Botanical Combination
Turmeric is well known as a culinary spice, but it is also studied because it naturally contains curcuminoids, including curcumin.
A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 70 people with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis found that the specific Curcuma longa extract used in the trial improved selected knee-pain measurements over 12 weeks compared with placebo. However, it did not significantly change MRI-measured joint swelling or cartilage composition.
This suggests that turmeric research is more supportive of a potential role in comfort and symptom management than of claims about rebuilding cartilage.
Why Is Black Pepper Included?
Curcumin is not always absorbed efficiently by the body. Black pepper contains a natural compound called piperine.
A human pharmacokinetic study found that piperine increased the absorption and bioavailability of curcumin at the particular dosages tested. This is why turmeric and black pepper are frequently paired in nutritional formulations.
Mobisure includes both turmeric extract and black pepper extract. However, the amount and standardisation of piperine are not stated on the product label. It is therefore more accurate to say that black pepper complements the turmeric-containing formula, rather than promising a specific increase in absorption.
Collagen Peptide and Type II Collagen
Collagen is a structural protein naturally present in connective tissues throughout the body. Cartilage contains a large amount of Type II collagen, which helps form its structural framework.
Mobisure combines two collagen-related ingredients:
Collagen Peptide
Collagen peptides are smaller protein fragments created by breaking down larger collagen molecules. This makes them suitable for use in powdered foods and beverages.
A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study involving specific collagen peptide preparations reported improvements in WOMAC, pain and quality-of-life scores among people with knee osteoarthritis over the study period.
Type II Collagen
Type II collagen is the main collagen type associated with cartilage. Certain preparations—particularly specific undenatured Type II collagen products—have been studied for joint comfort and function. One randomised clinical trial reported improvements in selected knee-osteoarthritis symptom measurements with the particular UC-II preparation studied.
Mobisure’s label states Type II collagen, but it does not describe the ingredient as undenatured collagen or identify it as the same patented preparation used in those trials. It also does not state the amount or source of each collagen ingredient.
For this reason, Mobisure should be described as providing collagen-based nutritional components for a complete joint-wellness formula, rather than claiming the exact results seen with another specific collagen preparation.
Pomegranate Juice Powder
Pomegranate juice powder gives Mobisure a recognisable fruit-based component and complements the botanical formula.
Pomegranate naturally contains several plant compounds, including polyphenols. A small clinical study involving pomegranate juice—not pomegranate powder and not Mobisure—reported improvements in selected measures of stiffness and physical function among people with knee osteoarthritis. The study was relatively small and used a different preparation, so larger studies are needed before firm conclusions can be made.
Mobisure contains pomegranate juice powder as part of its nutritional and flavour profile. It should not be assumed that the quantity in one sachet is equivalent to the pomegranate juice used in that clinical study.
FOS and Inulin: Prebiotic Fibre Support
Joint wellness does not exist separately from overall wellness. Mobisure therefore includes two prebiotic fibres:
- Fructooligosaccharide, or FOS
- Inulin from chicory root
Prebiotic fibres are not fully digested in the upper digestive tract. Instead, they reach the large intestine, where they can be used by selected beneficial intestinal bacteria.
A double-blind, randomised, placebo-controlled human study found that certain nondigestible carbohydrates, including fructans, could increase levels of bifidobacteria in the intestine. The degree of response depended on the ingredient and dosage used.
According to the Mobisure label, each sachet contains 1.105 g of FOS and 0.15 g of inulin.
These ingredients are included for digestive and prebiotic support. They are not included as direct treatments for joint disease.
Vitamins and Minerals for Everyday Nutritional Support
Mobisure contains a vitamin and mineral premix consisting of:
Vitamins
Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, biotin, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamine, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C.
Minerals
Calcium, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium and zinc.
These micronutrients are involved in many normal body processes. However, the label does not provide the individual amount of each vitamin or mineral. It would therefore be inappropriate to claim that one sachet treats a particular deficiency or provides a specific percentage of daily requirements.
Their role is best described as providing broad everyday nutritional support within the complete Mobisure formulation.
How the Mobisure Ingredients Work Together
Mobisure is formulated using complementary groups of ingredients rather than relying on a single compound.
1. Botanical Joint-Wellness Ingredients
Avocado oil powder, soybean oil powder, Boswellia serrata and turmeric form the botanical foundation of the formula.
2. Collagen-Based Nutrition
Collagen peptide and Type II collagen provide collagen-derived nutritional components associated with connective tissue and cartilage structure.
3. Plant-Based Antioxidant Components
Pomegranate juice powder and turmeric contribute naturally occurring plant compounds to the formulation.
4. Digestive and Prebiotic Support
FOS and inulin support the formula’s broader digestive-wellness approach.
5. Vitamins and Minerals
The vitamin and mineral premix completes the formula with additional micronutrient support.
This multi-ingredient approach is intended to make daily joint wellness more convenient. It does not mean that the ingredients have been clinically proven to act synergistically in the finished Mobisure product. A clinical study of the complete Mobisure formulation would be needed to establish product-specific outcomes.

Storage and Safety Information
Store Mobisure in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children.
The label advises users who are taking other medicines to consult a doctor or pharmacist before using the product.
Mobisure also contains:
- Soybean oil powder
- Egg yolk powder
People with known soybean or egg allergies should review the ingredient list carefully and obtain professional advice before use.
Mobisure should not be used to replace prescribed medication, physiotherapy, medical assessment or professional management of an existing joint condition.
Persistent joint pain, sudden swelling, redness, locking, instability or pain following an injury should be medically assessed rather than managed with a food product alone.
